Jo Glos. Would it be possible to find a 'lookalike' on this site to put in the photo box, then some posters could be printed off and put around the area, especially the tow path. If the owner is out looking they may see them. Highlight the 'high viz jacket' on the postersLast edited: 2015-01-21 23:44:22 by Fergal - Area Volunteer - Cornwall

This dog has just been seen again 11am today, running through traffic on A419 in same place. Several cars tried to stop but it belted off down the canal towpath again....towards Chalford roundhouse. Looks like a dark terrier cross..mainly black fur. Can see a collar and possibly a tag. it will be run over soon..no road sense....only cars screeching to a halt saved it.

This dog was at junction of A419 down into Belvedere Mews..started running towards Brimscombe along towpath then changed direction and ran back over the side road and along towpath back towards the Chalford Round House. People on foot and in cars trying to catch it but it wouldn't let anyone get near. Two searchers met on foot at the Chalford Ind estate/A419 crossroads on foot and it had disappeared by then...so either up Hyde Hill (we drove up there couldn't see it) or up into Chalford Vale or up the hill towards Bussage? Looked patterdale type, black and tan mainly. Couldn't see gender as hi vis jacket was tied underneath
