JACK RUSSELL Wonder if this is worth checking as not too far away from Sydenham JRT, entire male, seems middle aged plus-found Bletchingley-neighbours say has been hanging around nearly a week. Good natured,with collar, but no id. Mainly white, but has some very distinctive markings-owner would know. Thank you Hay 88, Ive checked that one out and owner has been reunited with her dog. Ive taken your post off as it has too much identifing information about owner and microchip details. Thanks again, it was worth a shot.

After a few emails and swopping links to show picture i get message this morning. This JRT has been reunited with HER owners- would have helped if we had known from the start that is was a bitch not a dog on that site! SO wacko Jack is still on the loose and now we finally have a picture maybe we might find the little man. CJ

Have given owner the dog wardens number for that area and will mail helpers in the area of stratford/lower Quinton.

On the petsearch site there is a list of local petsearchers. The contact number for the Stratford one is 01789 551 221. I would have thought that he/she might have details of the finder of this dog. Perhaps you have already tried this but just thought it might be helpful. I spoke once to a local petsearcher and she seemed to know about all dogs in her area

The picture on the other site certainly looks the double of this little chap and old as well. You have to register for that other site so they will have the finder's details I would imagine and get in touch with them on this owner's behalf. Fingers crossed xx

Have spoken to the landlady at the College Arms pub in Lower Quinton. She isn't aware of the found dog at the moment but shehas put sign in the pub with the Dog Lost main number and will spread the word (worth a try).

I have spoken to owners who gave me an email and i sent the link diretc. Dog does look very much like him but need to find out if has brown spot on as well. they have to use an email sysytem as no phone number. They will follow this up. Thanks CJ
