Although a happy ending, the thought of little Diva being out there alone, cold, hungry and terrified, had me in tears. Long happy & safe life beautiful little girl xxx

So she WAS there the whole time. So pleased she managed to keep warm and safe on those cold nights and I'm delighted for owner and her family that their little DIVA is found.

Not all of us do Facebook though....

Jenny4: At least Diva wouldn't have been caught up by hair!

So pleased all ended well , my concern was we had one in Cornwall a few years ago who was lost and was only found by chance as she was caught up in the bushes by her hair,,,,,, she never made a sound even though people were shouting it was just by luck a man want to look in some brambles he can across her she had been missing a couple of days too I suppose shock takes over.Such happy ending for you.Stay safe now Diva xxx

I can confirm diva has been found! She is a bit poorly so will be in vets overnight, and hopefully home tomorrow. She was going to be microchipped this week when she had her operation. Diva gets extremely stressed and aggressive at the vets, so both myself and the vet agreed it would be kinder and easier for all involved to do it whilst she was under anaesthetic for the hernia.. She has been hiding in countryside for 5days frightened, hungry, thirsty, exhausted and injured and she still wouldn't let anyone except me catch her! Thank you all so, so much for your help, support and advice, inparticular Lyn who has been amazing. For the full story on how diva was found pls check here https://www.facebook.com/Missingdiva xx

I had to drive up that way yesterday afternoon and didn't see any poster around on marston lane, the roundabout area or up towards the masons arms pub - it would be great to see some there, as if the car who picked her up has done so innocently and is local they might well see them and do the right thing. Obviously some might have now been put up as it was about 3.30 yesterday when I was out that way - so apologies if so :-)Last edited: 2015-01-15 11:34:13 by rosiefrome

Diva was picked up by a vehicle on the A361 between Sainsburys roundabout and Nunney. 12.30 -13.00 Wednesday 14th January 2015. There is conflicting information about the vehicle, but most likely a dark coloured 4 x 4 possibly a Range Rover.

Diva has a large umbilical hernia and requires an urgentoperation that she is booked in for, so we desperately need this dog found.

CRN on DogLost file.

If you have found this dog and keeping her safe, please contact the owner Urgently. A found dog has to be reported by LAW.

Do you have a Police reference no. please ?
DogLostBobble - Area Co-ordinator - Somerset & East Sussex
Sorry to read about this, I have contacted owner and the Police are aware. Hopefully, the person who picked her up just intends to take her to a vet or other place of safety. As it is Law to report a found dog.
