I think that may have been a 'typo' alikat. Should have been January, but the February date keeps him at the top of the page. I noticed it myself which is why I looked again.

Why is this dog on here with a date two weeks in the future? If he has gone for re-homing and is now "reunited", it is really odd to keep seeing it at the top of the page.
