- Also a Thundershirt may help her as well especially if she's outside. Easily bought off Amazon. Google Thundershirt.

- Perhaps Bach Rescue Remedy would help her with her nervousness and help her to adjust. 3 drops in food and 3 drops in water, £7 a bottle from most good chemists can't overdose on it. Used it on 2 rescue dobies and my retd. greyhound who WAS petrified of fireworks when I got her.

- So glad she's safe home again. Rommie dogs do take time to settle and build up trust due to the cruel life they've come from but once she does Dorothy she will love you unconditionally. Definitely look at the escape proof harnesses and you can also get ones that have a collar on as well.Stay safe LoisXxx

- SO pleased to see she is back home. I know of a couple of 'escape proof' harnesses, which may be helpful for Lois - the Ruffwear harness, correct size and properly fitted is escape proof: and a lighter wear less expensive escape proof are the ones made to measure and order by Toni on https://www.facebook.com/groups/568743733161925/?fref=ts - wonder if that could be passed to Lois's family: I only discovered these over a period of time and because I have sighthounds.

- So pleased she's been found. I think Lois would be joined at my hip after this - must be so upsetting x

- I am really pleased to be able to move Lois back to Reunited
I hope she soon settles down to family life with her people who clearly love her despite all the worry and upset she caused.
Stay safe sweetheart and thank you everyone involved - 2015-01-19 08:57 Holly

- Brilliant news, Lois was found last night on Lambourne drive at 12.15pm by a family in their garden. We collected her last night when we got the call. She was happy to see us. We weren't told about Rommie dogs when we collected her but we have learnt. Lois will be kept home for a while only in the garden until we all get confident...especially Lois...to venture further....Thank you again DogsLost and everyones Support!
