I emailed rescues in the area, some have bouced back- owner try Whithall Rescue 01132 631214. Dogs Trust 01132 613194. Others in West Yorks: Ponderosa 01977 552303. Springfield 01924 271028. Marina 01484 426407. K9 Rehoming 01274 778055. Mount Pleasant 01302 722748.

Can the owner get someone to send it us via email,maybe an internet cafe or library would help? or take the photo to an office supplies shop and fax it ?
