Bouvier des Flandres walking about outside in bishopbriggs beside green hill towards the play park at the top of greenhill. Leading onto graham terrace and Oneil avenue. Tried to catch him with no luck. I think he lives somewhere around there and maybe escaped.

Hi, although it says ran off from Droitwich, I have seen his poster when walking my dog in Chaddersley woods near Kidderminster. I thought this is where he ran off? Might be worth clarifying, otherwise people are looking in the wrong area perhaps. Hope they find him...its a large area but busy with walkers.

CHEERS DEE FOR UPDATING THE PICTURE, IT LOOKS GREAT. HIS OWNER HAS SAID HE IS CLIPPED, AWAITING CONFIRMATION ON THIS COMPARED TO THE PHOTO. I USED TO HAVE A TERRIER TYPE DOG AND WHEN I TOOK HIM TO BE CLIPPED I DID NOT RECOGNISE HIM, EVEN THE CAT ATTACKED HIM WHEN HE GOT HOME AND PEOPLE ASKED ME IF I HAD GOT ANOTHER DOG, I HAD GET HIM TO DO HIS NORMAL TRICKS SO THEY WOULD BELIEVE HE WAS THE SAME DOG!! Right... picture of Bundhaus now attached. Stunning looking dog. I hope this is ok - let me know if not. I suspect that he may be mistaken for another breed - poss OES cross so do look out for anything remotely similar.

HI DAVID DO YOU NOT HAVE A FULL BODY PICTURE OF BUNDHAUS LIKE THE PICTURE I SENT TO YOU. THE PICTURE ON THE POST TO ME LOOKS A LOT SMALLER THAN THE BOUVIER'S I HAVE SEEN AND LOOKS LIKE A PUPPY PICTURE. A LOT OF HELPERS ARE NOT FAMILAIR WITH HIS BREED. Hi jeanette The pic we sent you is of the dogs full grown we have them cut with the hair off their face and they look the way they do in our pic , the tail is docked, hes a big dog about the same size as an adult german shepherd, but this guy is very timid and not beefed out like in your pic hope this helps really appreciate your help yours bundhauss desperate dad..... david 07973285808

What an adorable mop of a dog LOL When the owners speak to non dog people, they might bear in mind that most people will not have any idea what a Bouvier is, let alone what it looks like. Might be a good idea to explain that he is very curly and woolly. When my freinds beddie Lurcher went missing, the police assumed he was smooth coated. When she said "He's kind of a scruffy dog" they said "Yes we know the one!" and he was home later that day.Best wishes for his return, he looks gorgeous XX

I thought a puppy was lost when I looked at the photo (really cute) but I agree with Owl that by the age of two Bundhaus would look like an adult Bouvier. Great breed, fingers crossed he's safely home with his family soon. Good that he's been tagged and chippedxxx

I agree with owl. Can I suggest a piccie giving some idea of the shape and size is used? Or something in the description to be on the posters? If I didn't know better I'd think this was some kind of poodle and quite small (I know he isn't...but how many members of the public might?). Hope he turns up soon, regardless. Unfortunately I suppose most offical offices will be shut won't thye?

If anyone doesn't know the breed, they are enormous heavily muscled dogs. You can't tell that from the pic which looks like a puppy photo.

Well, someone should spot him soon, you can't exactly overlook a Bouvier. He is probably going to try and make his way home once he has stopped shaking. This is a flock-guarding breed so will have a strong sense of devotion to his home and people. Lots of scent trails and lots of posters should do the trick for this fella. Jayne, I expect you have already advised owners on how to lay trails?

Bundhaus's owner can be contacted on 07971 875428. Awaiting photo. He was so spooked he ran through the perimeter barriers and was last seen in the village several hours later.
