- Hi all, thanks for everyone's effort. We still really miss our faithful girl and we are increasing her reward to 400 pound, we are moving area soon where she would enjoy the countryside. If anybody knows anything please know she will have the best life with us and she's part of our family. Thanks again.

- The Dobe bitch found in Oulton is a docked bitch and is not microchipped so the search for Beau goes on.
- 2015-04-15 12:53 Jenny Sharp
- Oulton near Leeds not Cheshire, I have spoken to staff at Purple vets in Oulton who say Janice Stephens took her in this morning, they will give her my number so hopefully we can confirm or not her identity.
- 2015-04-15 11:15 Jenny Sharp
- I could send the linkto the fb photo however it has a child in the picture too and that is probably not allowed. If admin can blur the boys face then I will do!

- Hi I have just seen on fb a Dobie bitch has been found in Oulton Cheshire, she is very thin and possibly has been dumped or abandoned. I am hoping it is Beau. I have sent message to the lady who posted a photo of her but am not a 'friend' so it will be in her others folder. The finder is Janice Stephens hopefully we can track her down and get the Dobie scanned for microchip asap!

- There is a female Dobermann who was taken to the vets to be put to sleep after biting, she was brought on gumtree a week ago.
The dog is still alive and now in Emergency Boarding with New Hope Rescue until she finds a rescue placement - I have spoken with them and sent across Beau's poster.
Fingers crossed it is her. - 2015-03-06 11:20 LisaP
- Thanks Sophiesuds, we thought the same but it was definitely a male x
- 2015-03-02 17:32 sophiesuds
- RSPCA Coventry has had a Doberman left tied outside their premises but it states male. Looks similar though maybe worth a call as mistakes can be made.

- Hi all, thanks for your continued support. We did have a call off one concerned lady about a possible sighting. She spoke with a man who she did not feel comfortable about when asking where the dog was from. Also the fact she'd never seen a Doberman before in an area that she walks her dog frequently. The area was Blexley Heath which is of course quite far away.

- Good point Steph. I think it's worth visiting vets with posters (and pile of flyers for them to give out). I think if they meet you (or your family) personally then they'll pull out all the stops.
- 2015-02-02 10:35 Steph.JD
- Sorry just seen that Beau is missing, I saw an earlier post that you emailed vets etc. If you haven't already I recommend calling as often emails can be missed or not seen by all members of staff, plus worth phoning the out of hours vets this evening as they operate on a separate system to the other local vet practices.
Im not that familiar with the area but looking at Google maps its looks like your near the railway station? Just thinking another idea would be to call them too. You may have to get more specific phone numbers as its normally a separate company that check/clear the tracks but probably worth a call.
Thinking of you, hope she is found safe soon. - 2015-02-01 23:27 Millypod (Chris) - Administrative Volunteer
- Lots of shares on twitter. What about taking posters to local schools.
- 2015-02-01 18:28 Baggy Dog
- Just logged on hoping to see good news :(. Don't get upset if you see posters ripped down, just put more up and stay determined.Hoping that other dog lovers will come out to help you - you just need a few more sightings.
- 2015-02-01 13:28 Dobi
- yes that's a good idea baggy I'll print more to a page to post and hand out. I've been out again all posters still up bar one Long rd that had one at top and bottom called eaton avenue where both had been clearly ripped down weirdly. Spoke to few people around the park there and on the rd. thanks all!

- So sorry to hear about Beau (we have a male dobermann called Beau). If you'd like to print out a '10 per page' of your details on an A4 sheet for you to cut up and hand out her details to everyone then let me know. If people have your details to hand they can phone if they spot her. Also worth putting through letterboxes near the sightings and your home. Email me on info@safedog.co.uk if you want some help - I'll draw it up and email it back to you. Good luck.

- Drove around today again posted more posters reward is now 200!
- 2015-01-30 15:58 Dobi
- I've drove around for hours and I've not seen her. I've posted also all over and handed out more leaflets. Can everyone share that we are now giving a reward of 100 pounds for the full return or information which leads to her coming home. Thanks again everyone!
- 2015-01-30 10:31 Dobi
- I've seen a FB comment that she was seen again on water eaton rd by the TA centre she ran under the railway bridge towards the co-op but was running full pelt after a car dodged her. That was 3pm yesterday. I'm going to drive about for the rest of today in that area.
- 2015-01-29 20:30 Dobi
- Thank you all for your kindness, I've been out tonight posting posters on place that would have decent foot traffic. I just hope she's ok and not suffering!

- I really hope Beau is found soon. I think the home address above should be removed from public view. I am too far away to assist but keeping my fingers crossed she is back with you soon x

- Yes I updated her chip this morning - it was previously our old address via the Anibase and paid for the Locate service also. I've emailed several vets, rescue and MK dog wardens. I'll try those two also thanks for the suggestion. As for the police report they said they looked but she'd gone. She was last seen going around the Water Eaton Rd past the depot by the underpass at 3:50pm. That's all the caller reported.
- 2015-01-29 12:36 Angus
- Good to see the chip has been updated - I was just trying to check this on the facebook
page - due to proximity of city boundary pleas emake sure you register her with Aylesbury Vale dog warden and Central Beds incase someone picks her up in a car you are right in the corner of three warden areas there
Can you give a little more detail on the sighting ? direction of travel etc - 2015-01-29 08:31 Dobi
- Beau was last seen and reported to police by someone running in and out of traffic by water eaton road near the underpass at around 4pmLast edited: 2015-01-29 08:36:42 by Dobi

- Sorry to see that BEAU is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (82080)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
- Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
- DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
