There's a Dogs Trust home in Denton, Manchester. Is this separate from the MDH?
Ricola

I presume if it is milie in the pre loved add then she is with the owners, is all very odd as was myself that offered to pay release fee from Mdh and I did ring them also but they had no record, cannot do anything as the owner wouldn't return call or text, just hope Millie doesn't fall into the wrong handsLast edited: 2015-02-17 21:03:47 by rottie

A rescue can only be requested if we know where Millie is as no record of her at mdh x
rottie
preloved ads should be banned, she is not an old armchair, who knows who will end up with her, please anyone thinking of breeding these poor dogs dont, they are lovely dogs but so many already looking for homes, greedy people wanting to make a bit of money and then they end up in homes that cannot keep them, i would love to take her but already have 5 of societys unwanted, makes me so angry and upset, could anyone think of a rescue that might take her ? That one on preloved is advertised as free to good home. God knows what'll happen to her :( There are so many :(

Poor Millie, she deserves a much better family than that, bless her heart.
My two girls Tinker and Hemp 71080 and 71081 have been missing almost 8 months, please keep your eyes open for them, I am desparate to get them both home xxxx
Veronica

I have managed to get through to the owner, circumstances have changed & they can no longer have her back :(
Viv B
Yes, of course, my offer still stands. Hoping for the best.
Ricola
I check on here every evening and my offer of a £10 donation is still available.
AlisonH
I am really sorry that you have all been messed about today. I have no idea why the owners are not responding. Thank you all for you kind offers of help. Just hope Millie is in a safe place.

We still need those offers of help. Cannot pay the home until the owners confirm they are there to collect.
Unknown
No one has e mailed me with how to send donations either!
AlisonH
Called but no answer. I have left a message, suppose they could be at work.
AlisonH
OK I will try and call them now.
Unknown
Alison, seems we now have £70.00. Have text owner but heard nothing back.
Unknown
Bless you. I will call the owner and the home today. Can you e mail me and I will give you details. gillian.packer@berkeleygroup.co.uk thank you.
AlisonH
Just been told it's £75 if they pick her up tomorrow. Can anyone help the owner to sort this out please.Last edited: 2015-02-13 00:04:54 by AlisonH
AlisonH
I have asked the owner to find out the exact amount owed to MCDH.
Ricola
I will also give £10. Just let me know how. Can Pay Pal.
Viv B
Seems a shame. Im willing to give £10 - just say how.
Unknown
This girl needs to get home. Owners have not asked for help but resigned themselves to not getting her back due to cost. I will put in £50 so if another ten of us put in £5 she can go home xxxx pleeeeese

I tried to get through to MDH today, but was hanging on phone for ages (trying to establish total amount of fees) Had to give up. If anyone else wants to try 0844 504 1212. When you get the MDH option, stay on until end of mesage to (try) to speak to someone.
Unknown
I can donate some but cant do the actual co-ordination today, boring meetings!!!! If anyone else is happy to take the payments and call the council great!. Won't they do a payment plan?
AlisonH
This lovely dog is at MCDH but the owner is having trouble raising the release fees which are now over £100.
