- Hi, I hope someone can help the owner out. If the dog is chipped then is there a reason why Warden thinks it is not the correct owner who has come forward? I can give a small donation towards costs if need be, please let me know.

I had to leave him with my Cousin Olivia,
due to having to travel out of town.
I value and appreciate all the care, love and comfort you have afforded Twinkle, but I will struggle to find all the money you certainly deserve. I have so much debt already and this bill is unforeseen.
