- Hello. I posted this poor dog. It looks rough coated mainly white with black patch. It was lying on its back so couldn't see much. I have posted as jack russell as the size fits but it could be a cross. - If not able to find out from public maybe worth calling highways department in the morning, so at least they can collect the poor thing and help owners to get closure. Rip little one.
