- I have just looked at video pat lucky posted. That is not same one. The one I saw had a still photo of fox with sausage in its mouth. The post was the fox was a pet and had run up to a lady. Two other ladies had come to collect her. I'm sorry I can't find that post now but will phone all relevant agencies in your area tomorrow

- Got a tame one suddenly appeared here again.....It (I think she is a she actually) is reasonably covered and not Mira's weight....Tail or not I actually don't know as this one sits and looks at me....Probably an older one finding winter harsh but wild and good at asking to be fed....I have been but the deal is she doesn't sneak back in daylight for a chicken....
What I was thinking though is the tame ones we get (oddly one at least was tattooed) do know about chicken being soft targets so are there any chickens in the area the other 2 were found?
They do seem to know the smell but these may not be tame (except for the tattoo....he couldn't have got that in the wild)
The other place to call if they haven't is the National Fox Welfare folk....A lot of people would contact them with an ill or injured fox. Their number is 01933 411996 ...or was last time I had to call them.
Has anyone got a link for the webpage too please? xx

- shelagh I don't do facebook so have told wildlife hospital to look. there are lots of tame foxes who people feed but this fox is not like the others as she has no tail, and looks far more like a dog.
