- I have been messaged this evening by one of Conker's followers to say that a friend of theirs may have seen Tia in Faringdon on Wednesday. I have informed owner but will try and find out more info in the morning. Fingers crossed this is Tia as first possible sighting since going missing.

*** Have you lost your Jack Russell Terrier? ***
We're had a stray Jack Russell Terrier brought into the practice a little while ago, having been found in the Appleby Close area of Banbury. She is tan and white.
She is identichipped, but unfortunately the owners contact details are not up to date with the identichip database, so we are unable to contact them.
If you think she is your dog, please ring us urgently on Banbury 259446, as we are awaiting the Dog Warden collecting her. We will not be posting a photo of her, as we expect the owner to describe her in more detail. (They will also need to confirm the details that are registered on the identichip database).
Any help sharing this around facebook would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Hawthorne Lodge Vets, 1 West Bar, Banbury, OX169SD. Telephone number 01295259446.
(Please do not rely on posting a message on here, as our facebook page is not monitored constantly. Please ring us if you are her owner.) - 2015-02-23 19:50 Lost dog

- Alex done a pretty good search this afternoon, this is his comments.
Alex Giles Ok I've just walked the course & spoke to a chap living in a caravan where the ruin house was also the next neighbour & nothing sighted - where I thought the 9th hole was there was a man hole - it was quite well hidden - there are lots of soak aways and pipes going under the course so a jack could easily be down there - need to get home now. - 2015-02-16 16:08 Reynard
- Claire has also been out this morning and has walked the area ( in the pouring rain ) but unfortunately saw/heard nothing , someone called Tom will look again in the am

- Nicola here (Conker's owner). I had a call from one of Conkers supporters (around 2 30 isn yesterday - Sat) to say that she heard what she thought was an animal in distress and called me as she thought could be either Conker or another JR missing from Watchfield. She was on the Tee that runs alongside the road by the sign that says Faringdon Golf Course (as per Patti's note below). I walked the hedge from that sign along the insider of the golf course. I also walked on the outside of the same hedge down to the house. I walked both sides of the road and up to beyond the bus lay-by on the LHS going towards Faringdon. The lady said she thought it was coming from where the golf course is farther away from the road (I would think up towards bus lay-by). There are fields there. I checked the culverts and didn't find anything Im afraid. I hope this helps and you have luck finding Tia.

- I don't know if this is relevant....but Nicola (Missing Conker's owner ID: 60337) had a phone call from a golfer who thought she heard a distressed dog noise whilst at hole 9 on Faringdon Golf Course yesterday (Sat). It may be worth taking a look incase she's down a rabbit hole.
The exact details I was told is that the noise was by a sign which says golf course 9 holes. On the left hand side as you go towards Faringdon. I hope this helps Last edited: 2015-02-15 20:17:18 by Patti - 2015-02-15 18:44 Gino
