denlyk - thanks for the update about Dash but also sad that it wasn' t missing Chewie. But at least it might encourage renewed interest in lovely Chewie.

Hi everyone, I can confirm the dog has been reunited with his owner, we actually did get in touch with chewies owner and he did come down, however the old boy turned out to be from the sturry area and was called dash. A shame in some way it wasn't chewie but very happy the dog is back where he belongs with his rightful owner, thanks for all your comments x

Oh bless him. If they have scanned will doglost be informed? Just worried that if the chip details are out of date this poor boy will not be reunited (if it is Chewie). He will have probably been taken to Lord Whiskey's. Tel: 01303 862622 Fingers crossed!Last edited: 2015-02-17 09:55:36 by Lissy

Would anybody local to Chewies home be able to door knock at Chewies home, as the description on Chewies page of where the property is by CJ sounds as though the property would be easy to identify for anyone living local? 6 acres etc...
Heres hoping the found dog is Chewie-identical I would say.
Fingers crossed xLast edited: 2015-02-17 08:50:38 by mayjul

Oh my goodness - well done denlyk for spotting the similarity and for helping this poor boy. And all quite possible, as dogs missing and found in the same county. They certainly do look VERY similar. Hoping that this sweet boy is reunited with his owners because he looks SO sad. Hope he's s got a nice warm cosy bed and kennel waiting for him in the meantime. Any reply and/or comments from Chewie's owner yet?Last edited: 2015-02-16 16:28:12 by Millys Mum
