Its Kim here, we spoke earlier on the phone, I hope the information I have given you has been helpful, have the police called you back with a crime reference number? If not then get on the phone as soon as possible and demand that number and also tell them that you are seriously considering making an official complaint, that should kick them into gear. I will get the address's of the safer neighborhood teams around the Tottenham area so I can send them posters, the safer neighborhood teams have cops out all the time within this area and if they are aware of whats happened they should keep an eye out for rocky. Posters will be ripped down and blown down so you have to keep putting them up, it does get frustrating but you have to keep going they do work!!!!!!!!!!! You have my number so if there is anything I can do just let me know. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Well how likely is it that the person who purchased a lead and muzzle, is going to hand him into a police station??? The police have really let the owner down and a complaint is very much in order. This boy needs to be in safe and responsible hands again very soon. Local pups might be a good place to leave a poster, vets, postman, local sorting office and pet shops. Rocky being undocked should help him to stand out. Hope he's home soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I'm sure Sherlock will have some advice on this for owner!! Personally I wouldn't leave the station without a complaints form! Sue xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Just some exra info on this. He was seen being walked by a coloured man who tied him up outside a bank, then went to the pet shop on the same road and bought a lead and a muzzle for Rocky. Despite all this information, the police refuse to give the owners a crime number and therefore will not check the cctv footage from outside the bank. They have told the owners that they can't act until the person who has the dog, brings it into the station!!??!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
