- Other Info The RSPCA is appealing for information after the discovery was made by a member of the public on Sunday. The body has now been removed by Monmouthshire County Council. “We are appealing for information to try and track down the owner of this dog. We just don’t know what happened.” Anyone with any information should call the inspectorate line. Calls are treated in confidence.

- How sad,I hope her story will find a conclusion. I know someone whose own dog had run off and susequently been hit by a car, he carries on running and disappeared out of sight, but when he was later found he had collapsed and died; I think the adreneline keeps them moving if they are able to do so but obviously internal injuries can`t be seen. Poor dog, Rest in Peace beautiful girl ((xx))

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
