Update from owner & photo too: "We found Poppy stuck under a bank all cold and muddy. She seems ok now if a little quiet. I think she gave herself (and us a fright)!"

Take a length of hosepipe with you and a funnel to the holes where you think she may be, feed the hose down, put the funnel in and listen, also call her name down there, the sound travels underground. Also, someone used a doorbell to get their dog back as she came barking at the noise...anything is worth a try... there was a little BT who got lost down a hole in Somerset and came out weeks later, thinner, dehydrated but alive.... don't give up hope x

Local vets and dog wardens notified. Local police station notified. Neighbouring properties informed. Very thorough area search undertaken several times over but no trace so far. Will now create a FB post and also inform BTW. Tomorrow some volunteers from the local hunt have kindly offered to search with their terriers incase Poppy is stuck down a rabbit/fox hole.
Any info/help much appreciated.
