I am so very sorry that Milo never made it home safely. Try to take some comfort with the knowledge that you know now what has happened to him and will be able to lay him to rest with you. RIP young lad now forever young xx

Don't bother ringing the dogs home mate, you'll have to go down and see for yourself. Do keep checking with the dog warden though. He could also end up at Leigh Cats and Dogs home if he was picked up out of hours. Check the stray dogs on their fb page. I'm out looking for him, and I've asked my teenage kids to watch out for him too. Is he chipped?

Hi, I hope this isn't him (it sounds like a different dog, but it's white) This came up on my lass's news feed last night. I'm in Baguley, and went out to try and find the dog but no luck :( A friend also drove round this morning, but no sign of it. I posted the details on the Wythenshawe fb group last night. This was the post my daughter read,
'Anybody live locally who owns a white Border Collie that's maybe crossed with a Sheperd? One's been hit within the hour by a White hatchback on Greenbrow Road going at least 40-50 miles per hour so chances are high that the dog may have internal injuries but it is walking. If you know anybody who may own a dog of that description, let them know please so nothing else happens to the dog please, chances are it's around the area looking for another dog that could be in heat.'

In Baguley and will be keeping a look out for Milo. Is he chipped? Please keep in touch with the local dog warden and Manchester Dogs home. You may have to visit the dogs home in person to check. Fingers crossed he's home soon x
