I think the person that called the owner had been sold Charlie. So wonderful that he saw the poster and did the right thing. Whoever he is he's a wonderful man :)

sadly there is still no news of Charlie, who went missing from his garden with another dog who returned shortly afterwards.
His owners have reported him missing to all the relevant authorities and flagged him up as missing with the microchip company.
they have postered the surrounding area.
If found, he must be reported to the dog warden, as is required by LAW
really hoping for news of him very soon.

Try not to leave your pets on their own during fireworks.

Create a safe and secure "bunker" in a familiar place at home.
