- Heard today from the highways agency and they have confirmed that they have checked all reports of animal sightings and recovered animals within a ten mile radius and have NOT been made aware of these two dogs, so can only presume they have been found elsewhere and are safe. Hope that helps.

- I have heard from the local websites in the area and they are all unaware of these dogs or the sighting of them. I have asked the local highways dept to see if they can clarify the incident or sighting, and as beds police are hard to contact by email asked highways who to contact for the polices help. Will keep you informed when I hear anything.

- Have asked local facebook stray dog page if anybody knows anything, will let you know. If not may contact police as this area must be covered by cameras as notorious black spot for accidents. It is also very near houses too so with any luck maybe they ran into a residential area and someone's found them.

- Message from the person who saw these 2 dogs.
I did not report to police,It was a fleeting glance at these two small dogs going in the other direction at speed + I was doing 50-60 I did think one may be older than the other people may have reported ?
I don't think it was the two stolen girls but couldn't be sure looked lighter coloured

- Have these dogs been reported to the police, as they also pose a problem for drivers as a distraction and if they get loose and run into traffic. Please report them ASAP to police at least they will then get the help they need they must be terrified.
