Caught this on Facebook so especial pleased to see this gorgeous boy home.....please make sure no dog is ever left outside a shop on their own.....if I see one, I will wait for the owner to return or alert the security guard....last week I stopped a lady from tying her beautiful Saffy to the lamp post...I said to check if the shop owner would mind if she brought her dog in....guess what, shop owner was very happy for him to come in! So always check and never assume you cann't xx

"He is safe & well & reunited with Ian. Thank you so much for all your help. Social media at it's best.
A member of the public called Sussex Police after seeing a male walking Alfie in Preston Park this afternoon. Ian attended & it was Alfie. One very happy dog & owner. Ian is overwhelmed by the support for you all & lessons learnt the hard way not to leave dogs outside shops but thank you all"

Around 6.30 this morning 14/03/2015 the dog may have been in a car and got away or let out....as there was a burglary near by around the the same time.
