  • Where Found Found safe & well by a family on the Canterbury Rd & taken to the Animal Hospital Margate. Thank you to the Family and Animal Hospital for looking after him.

  • Other Info Nero ran out of the home at 8.30am on Saturday 14th March 2015.. towards Westbrook Beach area. We have put posters up & have people looking out for him. We have informed Margate police & also the council office as the dog wardens do not operate on a weekend.

Thanks Soraya. Well done to the family who took Nero to safety. So glad he is back home now.

Nero is at the Thanet Vet Hospital, brought in as stray picked up Canterbury Road. I have called owner, and he was able to confirm dog used to be called Jack (which is on his chip details) and that he was a rescue from London, which is where dog was chipped. Have put owner in contact with duty vet nurse at Hospital, and hopefully will be reunited later today. Dog was in lovely condition. No injuries :)
