This dog apparently had been stolen from Tunbridge Wells and very probably dumped or managed to get away. He was found tangled up in the chicken wire at finders home. Was taken by Dog Warden found to have a chip and has been reunited with his very happy owner. All thanks to Claire for keeping him safe and thankfully he was chipped. xx
