Thanks Veronica, I've been sent that link before on Facebook. The colouring is not right for Widget. This dog looks like it has grey markings on its back and Widget doesn't have white tips on his paws. Thank you so much for taking the time to share and for helping with the search for Widget.Last edited: 2015-05-01 10:59:26 by Widget07

Long shot as colour doesn't look quite right but might be worth a look, at Cheshire West Dog Wardens

IS FOUND DOG ID 85763 WIDGET?
Widget07
Hi all, I got a call at 5.45pm from a man who said he had seen Widget on Wilkinson Street (S10) off Glossop Rd. He said that they had tried to get hold of the dog but he had snapped and then trotted off to explore some gardens (This sounds like Widgety behaviour). The man said that they followed the dog down Brunswick Street towards Wharncliffe Rd but he disappeared. No sightings since then and people were out looking last night and this morning. Thank you x

***False alarm** We didn't have a sighting from Friday. Apparently it was a different dog tied to a lamp post in S10 and he has been returned to his owner.Last edited: 2015-03-22 16:58:42 by Widget07

Thanks Riverlady.
We have had another potential sighting. This time in Hillsborough Park. The sighting was on Friday and is not definite but worth mentioning.

We're doing a foot search of bushes today. Widget likes small spaces so if people who live locally could check their gardens and outbuildings that would be helpful. Thank you

Thank you Gino. We had a possible sighting this morning in Crookes Valley Park but when I got down there he wasn't around. I hope he hasn't gone that way as there are a lot of busy roads.
