The Cotswold Show is at Cirencester Park (Glos) on the 7th and 8th of July and there are many BACS gundog events on both days so lots of Springers will be there, so could be well worth a visit.

Stow fair is on the 10th May, good place to look for lost terriers, lurchers, working dogs, Chillis owner and I are definately going, if anyone else its interested please pm me, we could all meet up

Everyone will soon be seeing mikkas title changing from "Mikka Pet Detective Award" to Area Co-ordinator Wales.I feel very privileged to have jenni on my team, I know she is not based in Wales, but she has kindly agreed to help me, and I?m sure we will be getting a lot more of the welsh dogs back home, with jenni on board!!!! I have heard of Welsh dogs being taken to Exeter for rehoming - not sure where exactly but worth checking?

Apparently Welsh dogs are often taken to RSPCA @ Bath (01225466129) & Dogs Trust @ Newton Tony, Wiltshire (01980629634) I have sent posters to both.

I would suggest you contact Ella's people as they are in Wales may be able to suggest something. Have you advertised in Farmers Weekly, Shooting Times etc as they are the type to take on a Springer? Good Luck!

Have sent poster to Spinger Rescue (Cheshire,Lancashire,Berwickshire) they were the ones with email addresses so hope they will pass info on to others. If you have not sent to them before you can get all the addresses in 'Dog Rescue Directory' from the Kennel Club.GOOD LUCK.

On found pages today a liver and white springer bitch, found on boxing day. I know she's chipped but with the reunited boxers chip being located in his leg, its worth a look. xx
