- wensmum - I didn't see it but a good friend of mine did - this is the description given - the dog was the size of a large cat and had a coat similar to a Shih Tzu so possibly too small to have been Rags ?

- Angus did you see the dog? Could it be Rags? 32420. Sticky up tail like a westie, bigger dog than a Westie though, about the size of a beagle, noticeable white chest and paws, half pricked ears which blow back when she runs?
