However, I think owner should inform Network rail or whoever operates trains in the area .. and definitely put posters up in the station in case passengers spot him while on the trains.
Please let the Dog Wardens know, making sure they are aware that he has run of again. Also vets and rescue centres in case he is picked up and handed in.
Hopefully Otto will come back again quickly this time.
