You have literally made my day. I have a Patterdale Terrier and he really is one scared little boy, he even jumps at his own shadow and I would hate to lose him. I can't get over the grins on your faces!!!!!!!!!!!

*** NOODLES HOME UPDATE ***

We, me, Jack, Tera & Noodles, would all like to that every one of you for sharing, being there and helping in every which way you can.

He is now sleeping at my side after a good drink, lots of little meals & a good bath. He is quite skinny but apart from that he is ok. He went to the vets (Thank you Pensrose & Partners in Highwoods) for an emergency check up and apart from loosing weight & his temperature being a little on the high side he seems ok.

It all started with a phone call from the dog warden early this afternoon, saying he had a call from a farmer near the Uni (Wivenhoe side) saying there was a little black dog in one of his fields. I then rang the farmer, got the location then told Jack (my son). He then got on his motorbike & headed out. My mum came & picked me up and we where half way there when I had a phone call from a very emotional Jack saying he had got him in his arms, Apparently, Jack got to the location, called NOODLES, he poked his head out of the field, Jack called him again, hesitated a bit then ran to him. Jack bent down and as Noodles got closer he actually jumped Jacks arms. Jack then rang me.

I cant believe that we now have our little Noodles back and you all helped in one way. Thank you EVERYBODY for your support and continuous sharing. You all are fantastic <3 xxx

Okay, we need the railway to be made aware. Now if Noodles went past fire station, he will do so again. stake out the area, poster heavily, enlist help of fire folk. Set up feeding station and water bowl. See email advice. x

I know its a long shot as he seems to still be in the area he was missing but Towcester veterinary hospital small animal centre I think I've worded that correctly have a black terrier looks like a Patterdale with a red collar found on the a5 yesterday. They said anyone thinking it might be theirs to ring them and there is a picture on their Facebook page.

Noodles is in the paper http://www.gazette-news.co.uk/news/12868664.Have_you_seen_missing_Noodle_/?ref=fbshr

Noodles owner has made a Facebook page for him as so many posts have gone on to his photo that is being shared on Bella's Angels page. https://www.facebook.com/getnoodleshome
Bella's Angels are hopefully helping Noodles family co-ordinate all the lovely helpers. As Noodles is running scared they are asking that people do not chase him but let them know where he is seen so they can go to that place.
They have laid a scent trail near where Noodles was last seen so this may help keep him in the area.
However, Noodles does seem to be covering a lot of ground. Keeping fingers crossed that he stays away from the A roads and the railway.
Stay safe Noodles. Last edited: 2015-04-04 00:37:16 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex

come on noodles, go home, hes gonna run out of steam soon paws xd xx
Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex
Glad that Noodles has been seen but it sounds like he is leading his owner on quite a chase.
I have emailed our Doglost advice on catching a scared dog and hopefully that will help.
It's obviously very Important to try and keep Noodles in or near the market area so that he does not go back to the road or railway.
Fingers crossed that you can catch him soon.

I have just spoken to Noodles owner and forwarded the email advice to him as this page was not listed by him. Last edited: 2015-04-03 00:54:17 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex
