Confirmed that Ria is back home, she is settling in well and at the moment is cuddled up with the other dogs. She had been returning frequently during the time she was out but it was not until Thursday night that she actually entered the house.

I see Amanda Frost has stated basic DogLost proceedure below. It is vital to not crowd the area and to allow an owner, coordinator or other experienced person to lead the search.

Sadly don't think this advise is being followed. This info was put on local FB pages but someone commented after and asked for the family to be contacted if any sightings and not Andrew? Sadly no news on these FB pages. I hope Andrew gets her soon he is a super guy and knows what he's doing. X

Good luck in catching her, with any luck she will come back to the area familiar to her .as been advised do not try and catch her... if you see her advert your eyes lower your head and walk away this way she will believe you cant see her .praying she keeps safe until then .Good Luck Andrew xx

URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING RIA Andrew, the feral dog catcher tracked RIA today for 3 miles today ANDREW 07768086839 ANY SIGHTINGS ARE TO BE REPORTED DIRECTLY TO ANDREW AND NO FURTHER INTERVENTIONS TRIED BY ANY ONE ELSE OR FOLLOWING RIA - THIS IS NOT GOING TO WORK IT STOPPED THE TRACKING OF RIA TODAY & MOVED HER OUT OF AREA I say very clearly - his instructions need to be followed explicitly & specifically as they are based on experience & good sense for Ria & the kind of dog she is. His plan is to have Ria settle into a particular are, to bait a dog trap with food, have her get used to taking food from the trap for a couple of days & then set for capture. Andrew does not want lots of people intervening as it just distrubs his tracking & settling Ria into a particular area. ALL SIGHTINGS ARE TO BE REPORTED TO ANDREW IMMEDIATELY PLEASE. SUPPORT THIS PLAN & HELP RIA TO GET RETRIEVED SAFELY. SHE IS TIRED & HE WANTS HER TO STOP RUNNING FROM BEING CHASED. ANDREW BELIEVES THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO RETRIEVE RIA & I AGREE. From the original local post the dog is a rescue and the new owner has had her just 3 days. I believe she was lost from the Bartons Road area but has been seen at Botley Drive, near The Heron Pub and more recently near the Civic Offices in Havant.
