Brilliant that he was found by someone who looked after him but why didn't the vet scan him and save his owners 3 weeks of heartache, and his finder the sadness of giving him back. I wish I could read a good reunited story for Izzy Id 82954

Alvin is home safe and well, he was found unconsious after being hit by a car. The man who found him is from Barnsley but rents a garage just two streets away and when I took my car in for an oil change and mentioned the dog he told me what had happened.
He toook him to the vet and there were no broken bones , he has a cut that's healing well so the man took him home and has been looking after him.
Alvin looks really fit and healthy, has been well cared for and obviously loves the guy who is Iranian and didn't know the law about having to report found dogs, he bought Alvin a new collar and a toy, food and shampoo which he gave me and refused any monetary reward just asked that if he sires any puppies he would like one.
We would like to thank the many thousands of you who have liked , shared and posted to Alvin's page and after this experience we vow to be active in the community doing our best to help others who have lost and stolen pets
All in all a happy ending for us, but for those still waiting for news, the message is don't give up hope

There is a dog similar to Alvin on the sdk website needs a haircut but colouring alike. He's in Hillingdon London.

URGENT, There is a strong possibility he is in Bedford , there have been 2 possible sightings, first near Moulton Ave. and then a lady said a dog that looks like him collided with her car in Grafton Rd. so he may well be injured. So far no vets reported him being brought in. Please if you are in Bedford look out for this dog.

There is a yorkie listed in the found section worth checking out recently added. Live in Bedfordshire so be vigilant for alvin

A dog looking like him was seen on a for sale for site in Bedfordshire, since removed, so please can everyone in that area keep eyes and ears open
