- I just find it very strange that someone would state a person has had this dog for six months yet never attempted to change the microchip details - the first thing any responsible genuine owner would do also the papers would be given across at point of sale.
The original owner never sold the dog but was handed over to be looked after due to an operation which meant unable to fully care for him. - 2015-04-16 19:16 duffs54
- Do you know why original owner sold him.

- Hi Jayne, thank you for welcoming me.
You are however quite mistaken as to why I registered as a member. It was specifically to make a post about what has actually happened to Bugze.
The information obtained was not through social media and sharing. I would be more than happy to discuss this with you further over the phone.
I note that you 'research everything' before you post on this site. Unfortunately in this case, not enough research has been carried out. Had it have been, It would have saved you and many other people a great deal of time and distress. It also appears that Bugze will now in fact be going back to 'Bugze' mum'. The very same person who sold him last year.

- Welcome new member MO123....Info found out quickly through sharing and the social media....don't under estimate it! Its probably why you became a member today?

- New "owner" who Bought Bugzy in good faith this week has been in touch with owner and are arranging a reunion to the rightful owner and her children. New owner is obviously upset that the carer sold Bugzy to her without the permission of the owner and under the circumstances has been extremely understanding and aware Bugzy's legal owner has a right to him....Bugzy's owner never sold him to anyone. We research everything before we post anything on site. Tx to everyone for sharing...214 shares from Doglost equates to at least 50 times that when people share on FB and through these shares we are getting info in...tx keep sharing...it works!

- As far as we are aware this dog is now being investigated by police. chip numbers are in the name of Bugze mum.
Any dog that is sold or given would also have the microchip paper to then register in their own names. - 2015-04-16 17:01 MO123

- 2015-04-16 16:39 MO123
- PLEASE NOTE:
Bugze is NOT lost!
The original post on this site was put on maliciously in order to cause as much stress, hassle and problems as possible, to everyone involved.
Bugze was sold on by his previous owner (known on this site as 'Bugze mum') last year. Everything was above board, with receipts obtained. Since then, and for the last 6 months obviously, Bugze mum has not in fact been 'Bugze's mum, just 'Bugze's previous owner'.
The latest owners recently advertised Bugze for sale, and subsequently sold him on to a new owner.
Please therefore now remove this poster and details of Bugze, and let him get on with his new life with his new owners. - 2015-04-16 15:55 Helen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge

- This popped up on doglost cambridge, and someone posted this:
This dog isn't lost! He's in a loving family home with his owners! The police have been informed of the malicious person trying to cause all this distress to the people who love and care for him!
There are so many dogs out there that are truly lost or have been stolen and these people are wasting everyone's time and effort on a dog that's safe, healthy and happy.
So might need investigating, lost or reunited? - 2015-04-15 22:43 Bugze mum

However, just seen this dog is microchipped ... but guess that may have moved or not picked up when scanned. Will go and look for the post x

- Sorry to see that BUGZY is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (85638)

- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
