Spoken to owner, this is not Ben :(

Found dogs in Wiltshire, re your comment, I have spoken to the council, as I was very angry that the owner wasn't known & they didn't post a photo. I got excuses, so went to the boss, who is going to ask why the DW didn't put one on/wasn't aware it should have gone on.
If it makes the search any easier, the dog is un-neutered & was wearing a collar (which could be new)

any news of this dog?

I have contacted the owner of Ben ( 85555 ) & given them the contact details of the warden, as he will let them know to which kennels this one has gone so they can check.
Normally the council would issue a photo if the owner of the stray is not known, but in this case they didn't. I have sent an email asking why this didn't happen, grrrrrrr
