- thank you Ellie. turns out he went off to "die"... when he realised he wasn't going to die after two days he managed to get as far as my neighbours garden. upon vet check his xrays revealed a triple pelvic fracture.... :( thankfully this is fully healed now without the need for an op (phew). thanks for everyones support.
