- Thanks...we get these reports in regulary from 3rd parties...and we appreciate any help that can give us more info...as I do not do FB...No time to do so with so many missing dogs coming in....I did wonder about the reporting into police...as know they don't take dogs in any more..but...if you have a police officer who owns a dog...they will go above and beyond!..thank you for the info the dog is female...will update ...if locals could press the share button on doglost this really helps...every share on Doglost is at least times by 50...Tx.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
