is he the dog id no 19945 in found section, just have a feeling cos of the markings to be described hope it is know the ages r different but my boy doesnt look 9 so others can be wrong, someone please check it out.he may have been living with people all this time & only just escaped.

http://www.pupsandmutsdogrescue.co.uk/page_1196643481562.html There is an elderly spaniel in the above rescue.  I've tried contacting owners today and yesterday for an update and alert them of this dog.  The landline number says not recognised and mobile number keeps going onto answerphone, have left a message.  Jan x

Chester is still missing and the person thought to be holding Chester ,etc turned out to be nothing. I have Chester on my personal website www.americancockerspaniels.org.uk asI have cocker owners of both english and american visiting, Come home soon but meanwhile we are keeping a look out everywhere for you , Chrisx

Has anyone emailed posters to local vets? Even though Chester isn't chipped they could still keep a look out incase he's brought in. I've got a list of phone numbers for vets in Middlesborough, but they don't list email addresses. I'll start ringing them in the morning. Hurry home Chester xxx

Any news on Chester yet? Was the estate where he was last sighted a housing estate or industrial estate? If the latter, has anyone postered the businesses on the estate? The companies will get a lot of visitors/drivers from out of the area. Maybe a lorry driver picked him up? Hope he's found soon.

Posters need to be put up in the area a.s.a.p. lamposts, entrances to parks, vets, dog training clubs, petshops, schools, deliver to houses etc. Ask postie, milkmen and binmen to lookout. Handout smaller posters to people, especially dog walkers. Put A4 poster in car windows. rescue centres need checking regularly and preferably visited in person, by owner or someone who knows Chester. Jan xxx
