- Tracey Freddies mum, I cannot go into why she was tied up, but I think they thought the owner was going to come back shortly (was near his house), when it was obvious he was otherwise 'detained' the dog was taken to kennels for safekeeping.

- The owner is aware of the location of the dog which had escaped. Her skin condition is ongoing & being treated. She is currently in kennels awaiting collection.
