  • Other Info if i get a call back from the highways people and they have taken the dog to a vet i will get the information. FOUND ABOUT 12 MILES FROM STANSTED ... IS ON THE HARD SHOULDER OF THE SOUTHBOUND CARRIAGE WAY AT THE MOMENT... APPROX 9PM

You will need to ask Highways. Poor dog may have been dumped or escaped from home. There are also a lot of deer along there too, sadly, at the moment.
