- Other Info if i get a call back from the highways people and they have taken the dog to a vet i will get the information. FOUND ABOUT 12 MILES FROM STANSTED ... IS ON THE HARD SHOULDER OF THE SOUTHBOUND CARRIAGE WAY AT THE MOMENT... APPROX 9PM

- You will need to ask Highways. Poor dog may have been dumped or escaped from home. There are also a lot of deer along there too, sadly, at the moment.
