I have reported him to the local stray kennels and am in contact with them, I have arranged to speak with them again in more detail tomorrow :-)

Very pleased to see this lovely boy now on doglost. I hope he has finally been reported to the dog warden as is the law. Someone must be looking for him.

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
