  • Other Info Teddy is still wearing his red with black trim vest type harness Foster carer went to help a gentleman that had toppled over the sea wall & left the dogs! Her dog was still waiting but Teddy was no where in sight. Lost for approx. 3 hours now Police, DW, vets & local radio all informed He weighs approx. 2.4kgs & is approx. 9" high to shoulder
