I'm delighted to read that she's been found. I was so worried about her, specially as she was muzzled. Please Mia leave those ducks alone in future.
Roz
Just brilliant! Thanx Sally. We all love to see a happy ending.
A very resourceful family & one very lucky lady!!

Yes :)) so pleased to see Mia has been found safe:))

So glad. I was concerned about her - combination of swamp and wearing a muzzle! Rest up now, Mia, and you'll soon be back to chasing ducks.
Roz
Absolutely thrilled & rather relieved. I kept gettin drawn back to the swamp last night.I tthought about our old kayak but it has more holes than a swiss cheese! Cant stop smiling now. Very well done Mia's family xx

She has been found!! :D Went back to the swamp again this morning and called her name and we heard barking however we still could not see her. We spent hours last night calling with no response. Luckily we have a kayak at home which my son fetched and had to use this to go deeper into the swamp area and he eventually found her and brought her back on the kayak. She seems okay but quite weak. I cannot thank everyone enough for sharing her details and for your support and well wishes and especially to Roz who went out looking last night until at least 10pm. A great outcome which being honest I was not expecting. XxX

We walk to the park as we live just around the corner in Lyndhurst Drive, we searched the swampy area for hours yesterday with no sign, really hoping she got out, she was seen chasing the ducks and barking and then we lost sight of her but heard her splashing about and barking. We are hoping she ran out the other side and then wandered off. She does not have a facebook page but I have shared on my facebook and friends have shared also. We will search again today and have contacted dog warden and local vets and rescues. Thanks to everyone who are sharing and helping.
Roz
A friend has shared to Friends of Springfield Park too.Would really like to have searched that swampy area more but it was too dark, my wellies were in other car & I dont know that area of the park at all.
Do you take her there in the car or walk her? Just wondering if she'd know her way home. Fingers crossed for sightings. Has she got a FB page yet?

Roz, thank you very much for going to the park tonight and your support, this is greatly appreciated. We will print off more posters tomorrow and put them up around the park and surrounding area. We will be going back again tomorrow in the hope that she has found her way back x The house is so empty and quiet without her. Hope she has a peaceful and safe night wherever she is.
Roz
Just back from having a good look round but got too dark to see much in the swamp area. Left couple paper posters at entrance to park although they'll get wet tomorrow.
