Hi hope you find your dog safe & well real soon. To MsTK who posted the twitter link to the dogs4adoption i posted that on twitter as i do that page for the rescue in question. If the owner wants to ring the kennels & discuss being the possible dog then would need to ring 01823 490333 & speak to Amanda or Vikki. I don't think it is my self the same dog as don't look quite the same to me, and says is Sergio is microchipped, so this would of been checked by dog warden before coming into St Giles kennels & also checked by them to, but can feel free to check & again hope find safe & well soon :)

male Labradoodle being advertised on 'Pets4homes' in the NN16 area (Kettering). Being sold for £200 and owner said only had for a short time but no time for walks. Why buy a dog when you have no time for walks? worth a look

Just been updated on this but sadly I have just heard that it is not Sergio. Such a disappointment and I can't even imagine how his mum is feeling right now. It had to be checked but what a shame it's not him :( :(
Doodledane: I can't see any listing of a Labradoodle lost on our Doglost lists but if you know who the owner is then please pass on the information to his owner as it may be their dog.
Still hoping that we will find Sergio one way or another so that at least his owners can have some sort of closure.

Owners on their way there now...Tx Serena for ringing in...friend of owner who put report on doglost has said the tides were Westerley when Sergio went in the water....will bump....

A lady has called in reporting a found Labraddoodle hat has been around for a while at a holiday site next to the sea in the Chichester area...I know its a long shot but have sent her the link and she says he looks identical...he also responded to the name Sergio...but that may have been because the lady was offering him chicken at the same time...have informed owners friend and left her the finders telephone number. They have managed to coax this dog into a caravan but he growls if approached so unable to get him to a place to be scanned at the moment. Will update if we hear anything more.

It says on brighton dog watch that the initial reports that the dog on the golf course was not Sergio have not been confirmed so it could have been Sergio.

Thanks Allimac. Since that post was put up we have eliminated the local dog that it was thought to be, so it's just possible it was Sergio. A long shot I know, but the family are not giving up hope yet.

Reported on a Fbk page: There has been a sighting of a dog matching Sergio's description on Blatchington Golf Course with the same black collar.
If anyone is in the area please would you help?
Owners have been out there searching for a few hours and not found him. However, Sergio is walked on this golf course and it is close to home.
I have said it is quite possible that he would be able to make his own way home .. let's hope that it is him that was sighted and that he is clever enough to do that, no matter how exhausted he may be, bless him.

I have sent Doglost advice in the hope that it is Sergio who has been seen.

We know that miracles can happen .. please let this be one of those miracles.
Keeping everything crossed for Sergio.

Two dogs were dragged out to sea earlier this evening at Tide Mills (near Newhaven)
The coast guard was called out and managed to rescue Sophie but Sergie is still missing, it is hoped he may have come ashore further along the coast....please keep your eyes open for him.
