- Hi guys. What a great family u have here. Just wanted to add to this wonderful story. We r regular dog walkers here at Roudham, we have a large Gt Dane and OES. Whilst walking last Saturday we bumped into a fellow walker who happened to mention a missing dog. We keep ourselves to ourselves so hunted for missing dog without knowing what he or she looked like. Several days later we r still keeping an eye out at let our 2 boys have an extra sniff around the dead rabbits and watering holes. We never gave up. Rob n John then put posters up and after knowing that lil Ivy was a red brindle Whippet made our searches a little tougher as it makes for the best camouflage, also a highly desirable hunting dog. Well today we Ody and Balez for their usual blunder in the forest and at every sniff Sal n I would be checking to see a lead or even hear a slight pine. Just as we came to the end of our walk/search I stumbled upon lil Ivy still with her lead on. I called to her and crouched down and she wagged her tail whilst I gently grabbed the lead. 1 quick phone call to the number on the poster and the owners were on their way. At this point I was then thinkin about little Ivy, what was I sending her back too,am I doing the right thing etc. When Rob and John turned up all fear was quickly gone. An amazing twist of fate led to this lovely little dog being reunited with her amazing owners Rob and John. Sal,Ody, Balez and I wish u all the best xx

- Ivy was found today, 6th June by some dog walkers in the same area she went missing. Rob and I cannot express enough thanks to everyone who got involved and gave words of encouragement during the last week. Thank you. John

- I assume you've made a good search around the area of the woods where she was lost just in case she's caught up somewhere.

- Ivy is still missing. It's been nearly six days now. We miss her dreadfully as does Casper our other Whippet. He brings sticks home to show Ivy and just drops them when he realises she is not home yet.
