- We have already been intouch with Fenland Council 4 times & they say that it is not there responsibility & that they will only come out if the dog is contained, we also contacted the RSPCA who said there was nothing they could do & to contact the police who said they no longer have kennels so could do nothing, we have been offered the use of a fox trap so will try that & if we catch it will take it to be checked over & scanned
