- I went to visit little Dotty with her new mum and I just had to take some photos! I have added them so that you can see them (you may have to refresh the page to see them)
She seems very close to her mum already but still has a few moments when she shows she is a little worried about certain things. I'm sure it won't be long before she regains her confidence. - 2015-07-08 09:16 Bobble - Area Co-ordinator - Somerset & East Sussex

I love the rear view photo but its lovely to see her happy little face.

- I am delighted to be able to say that this little JR, who is now called Dotty, is officially owned by her finder!
I have been helping the finder with the Dog Warden procedures and today, after a long wait of 28 days (required by the DW rules) they went out there with the form she needed to sign for Dottie's adoption. She is, as I am sure you can imagine, both very relieved and thrilled to be her new owner.
Well done once again to SH for all her efforts finding, catching and now adopting Dotty! I am sure she will lead a wonderful life with you on the farm.
I am hoping to go out and visit them tomorrow and will add a proper reunited photo when I get back.

- This little girl is making good progress with her foster mum. She's very jumpy when she hears loud noises but other than that spends her time sticking close to her carer. She will have to wait for the full 28 days before she can be adopted just in case someone comes forward to claim her.

- I've spoken to the finder of this little girl today and she has had a good night, enjoying the company of her other animals and receiving a lot of tlc. She is ringing the Dog Wardens today and will ask if they will allow her to foster the dog (providing conditons/assessment are met, of course) whilst all attempts to find her owner are continuing. I have also spoken to them to explain the current situation and to say how much this kind lady has done to find, catch and get this girlie to safety.
Should no one come forward to claim her then it sounds as is she has found herself a lovely new home.
If anyone thinks that this is their dog please contact the Dog Wardens in Hastings. Proof of ownership will be required. - 2015-06-05 09:26 SpringerMad - Area Volunteer, East Sussex
- This little girl has found the best people to look after her whilst they work on trying to locate an owner. She appears to have a lovely cosy bed and even some new doggy pals to curl up with. A fantastic outcome for her!

- DOGS FOUND/MISSING WILTSHIRE Yes!! I can confirm that this little dog has been caught late this afternoon. It is a female and is with the lady who caught it at the moment.
No microchip and her collar had come off by the time she had been caught so no way of identifying her owner.

- Couple little things I found really useful in catching Lola beagle recently. Put posters up in entrances to forest explaining that you are trying to catch little dog. Ask them to ignore her if seen. Also when feeding couple a couple of people stand few hundred yards away diverting dog walkers joggers etc. Good luck.

- This little dog went to place where food had been left this morning but when it saw someone bolted again.
Have advised to set up feeding station and bedding etc. as it's bound to go back again.
Trying to keep it in the same place is very important and have asked people not to actively look for it today, just be very patient and wait for the little chap/girl to settle down. - 2015-06-03 22:13 Stephy

- This dog was mentioned on Northiam & Nearby Notice Board Fbk page.
This JR has been seen in Beckley woods several times since 29th May and is still in the area. Person who posted about the dog says:
"He/she was seen this morning but the poor thing is obviously terrified as you just can't get near to it . I left some food for it this am and then when I came back past 2 hours later it was there eating the food but legged it as soon as I stopped. This afternoon I was at home about 2 miles from the wood through the lanes and someone stopped me to say there was a terrier down the road, I went to see and sure enough it was this poor dog, it just bolted along the lane and disappeared unto the wood. Poor thing I'm sure it's not local as no one seems to know it"
Great to know that people in the area are helping and if the dog is fed in the same area regularly I'm sure we will be able to catch it eventually.
We have an excellent Doglost helper in the area who is going to try and help too.
