Caramel is settling back into life at home and is almost back to herself. She is a little jittery of loud noises which is only to be expected. Alongside the national news we've just finished some for American stations which is strange. We are continuing to share posts of other lost dogs and have been asked to attend some charity events in aid of animal charities. We are planning some work to raise funds for Doglost as small token of our aporeciation too ! Thank you Doglost we owe you so much x

Please, if you see any posters, pull them down and pop in a bin. The council kindly allows us to poster for our missing pets so we need to keep them onside by removing them when found. Finally got to log on, my phone was so HOT all afternoon at work! I can't tell you what a relief this is for all concerned. Owners worked incredibly hard and whilst we on DogLost know that no matter how dire the situation, thousands of dogs do get back home, I will admit we did have a little wobble about it, just a little wobble, a couple of days ago, but we all picked ourselves up and on we went. This is what happens when owners do everything we advise and more. Well done indeed to Caramel's family and big kisses to Caramel and her furry pals. XXX

From Owner's page: On 3rd June 2015 our family home in Harlow Essex was burgled and among items taken was our precious little dog called Caramel. A neighbour gave chase but was unable to catch them. Caramel is our daughters best friend and they are inseparable. We are missing Caramel so much but more importantly she is very poorly. She has a hernia and a tumour which needs an operation. Her vets appointment has already been missed and we need her home. She is no use for breeding and won't survive without her op.
Our daughter has arthritis and Caramel encouraged her mobility. Please help... Someone has her and could end this misery by making contact. We don't care who you are and just need her home safely. Perhaps you bought her in good faith. We accept that. £1000 cash reward for her safe return.

I spoke, this morning to Forest Veterinary Centre in Epping & they suggest that owners register her microchip number with them & other local vets so they can log her as stolen. Have left them a poster for their notice board. I've also put the poster on their FB page & that of the groomer we use. We won't rest till she's found x

Police have said they don't believe Caramel was included in the poor dogs seized today. We made a visit to a house selling a brown chihuahua about an hour away but it wasn't her. Really sad. I've done Old Harlow High St, Potter St, Watergdns car park, Tesco car park, Sainsburys car park, the Common, Town park, MacDonalds car park, if anyone can help cover other areas that owners or myself may have missed pls print a handful of posters and stick them up, even if just in your own area. Also, remember car parks as cars and people change many times a day so flyers always needed. On a positive note, many people were coming up to me and discussing what happened and many already know, so Caramel is getting hotter by the minute. Well done eevryone, please keep sharing. We have not seen her since or heard where she is. She cannot be bred from due to medical conditions and our daughter who has a disability is missing her best friend. Handed out 100s of flyers today. All pubs, vets, groomers, young people's accommodation (occasio house) petrol stations, car windscreens, supermarkets, fast food, papers national and local, social media, pharmacies, gp's, local MP, TV, radio, busses are going to display Monday. Almost everyone we've spoken to had already heard about it. We are so desperate. Even visited traveller sites (3) locally and spoken to them, left posters. Please please someone must have her 😢

It might save a bit of leg work if you obtain a megaphone(loudspeaker)and stand in a busy place and let everyone know your dog is missing. A chance to hand out flyers at the same time.

The owners neighbour chased them off.

They took another dog but dropped him as they ran to their car.



It was 2 men & 1 older male teen.

Caramel also has a hernia on her stomach which was due to be removed.
