I think there are still qute a lot of charities who will do microchips free - ask around.

mallory's mum, there are people in this world who live ona tight budget week by week so any large, unexpected expose is difficult as they may not have savings...we are not all lucky like that but it should not mean they are denied a pet. I would definitely get her chipped though.

Good luck jewelz.x

Thankyou for your Judgement of me £103 + petrol for the 40+ round trip is not easy to find .I do not drive ,i have just finished paying the last £103 but i have spent last night and this morning trying to raise the cash, am waiting for a lift now.

Don'y mean to be rude but if this person cannot find the money to get their dog back-how can they afford to look after her? Think this is a case for re-homing. They don't seem in any urgency to get the dog back poor thing.

I am glad she is safe. That's the most important thing.
With regard to her escaping - is she getting enough walks & socialisation? Does she have toys and interaction when out in the garden? You definitely need to secure your back garden, most importantly to stop her being stolen or escaping and causing an accidence. If she causes a road traffic accident it will cost you far more than the microchip fee and fine for getting her back from the council. Speak to Forest Lodge about chipping her.

Hi Angus iv'e only just finished paying back for the last time am going to see if i can sell some stuff to get the fees together and try and get a lift to go get her
DogLostAngus
Hi Jewelz, can you try to borrow the release fee from friends or family ? If you can get her back put a collar and tag on her so that if she manages to escape again in the future the finder can call you directly x
jewelz
yes she is indeed a Cavalier king charles but i couldnt find anywhere to edit the details and was more worried about our dog sorry
jewelz
Ty for finding my dog have spent last 2 hours looking for her, this is the second time she has gone missing ,this time she escaped from back garden but always returns within half hour. I have no idea what to do as there is no way i can afford the fees to get her from the pound again please advise as to what to do sincerely jewelz

Glad that she is safe - thanks for the update Silverback :-)

This is a Cavalier King Charles spaniel - different from a King Charles. Hope she is home soon - have listed her on our ckcs board.

As she was not chipped I had to take her to the kennels at Forest 01604862239
