- gillyP MillieVW Thank you all. Unfortunately the informations on microchip were old but I thought when I changed adress, the vet was dealing with the microchip update. A lot of people think the same !

- Definitely hadn't failed MillieVW as when owner called they wanted her to tell them the number and they cross checked the number that came up on the scan. They didn't call the owner.
