- Paris safe
I was looking after the dog while her owners were in holiday b
Paris escaped by bolting through legs out the door and then, because she is not trained to come to call, she ran away.
If you approach her she is trained to play the "catch me if you can" game. Good fun for her. Not so much for those who care for her.
I had almost caught her but when passing police and neighbours joined in trying to approach her, she spooked and ran away very fast.
It took 18 hours and 8 sightings and 6 people to finally capture her. Thank God your site was available to help.
We see now that her nature is such that she needs special care as opposed to normal care, to keep her safe and under control, ie double collar, double lead, a GPS collar tracking device with live position feed to a mobile phone map. And the residence she lives in must have an anti-bolting gate installed and used.
We did not know she had a history of running away or bolting.
Much of the capture problem was that she looks like a possible fierce, dangerous dog so people were afraid of her or what she might do if panicky and cornered.
But now she is safe and happy.

- Thank you all for helping. I have searched carefully the area of the last sighting near Cobham Road Ipswich but no luck, sadly as yet.
I will now search in the area between Cobham Road and her home in Pinewood. A neighbour there is watching for her to arrive there if she does.
