- Other Info This dog was left tied up for three hours. He spent a further four hours in the company of betfred bookies staff and I picked him up at ten o'clock last night. In eight hours no one claimed him. Being collected by a rescue at four o'clock

- Buster looks very well cared for - might just be that he was lost and someone tied him up outside the shop in the hope that someone might find him and do the necessary (as did happen!) However, pleased he is back home. Stay safe now, lovely Buster xxx

- Very worrying indeed that Buster is being returned to an owner who left him tied outside a shop for 3 hours!..Even if it is an elderly person or someone with dementia this could happen again..and is he being fed the proper foods etc..I had my Aunts dog after we found she was feeding him on ice cream and raw potatoes due to dementia..very sad xx

- From finder: Hi, the owners have been found, buster should be getting reunited with them about now. I took him to my vets this morning and he was chipped. Thank you for your help, it's been greatly appreciated

- Could be elderly person unable to cope any longer, he doesn't look like he gets a lot of exercise poor chap. Someone needing bit of support maybe?

- Is there any CCTV IN THE AREA? not necessarily to return him but to let the RSPCA KNOW AND GET them banned from owning any further dogs. Name and shame in the press.
